Requirements Analysis, Design and Specification of Telecommunications Services

TelSoft's approach breaks the mould of traditional approaches. We begin with demand: an agency's and their customers. We will use our unique modelling tool to create a virtual simulation of the agency's (existing or proposed) network that is detailed to each site they operate from, as well as to individual customers/users if required. This enables us to translate agencies' business needs into telecommunication terms for supply by service providers or for in-house construction. Our model also enables agencies to test the impacts of different service options on costs, network capacity and usage.
